My girlfriend, all of a sudden, started feeling really sick. She felt like she was going to throw up and couldn't even sit up. She went to go lay down and she said she's feeling somach pain from her chest to below her belly button. She also said she feels really hot and her head hurts. She usually has her period on the 5th of each month but it's been out of wack, she had it twice last month. She just said it came all of a sudden. I think it's cramps and she'll have her period or something but maybe it's the flu. What do you think?

Being sick like other things can stress the body out messing up the cycle. Based on the symptoms it sounds like she might have the flu going on. I would recommend that she see her doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
