Everytime you start craving sex get up and get busy doing something around the house or read or do homework, get your mind out of the gutter, you have a lot of growing up to do.

Masturbation - you won't dump yourself, you won't get yourself pregnant, and you won't give yourself stds. You're always there for you, and up for "it" whenever you are. It's a perfectly natural thing to be doing at any age - there is nothing "bad" about it. It's something to do in private of course.
