Botox injections, like any injection, does hurt a little. The pain should not last more than a couple hours if at all. If you are still having pain, please call your doctor.

Your doctor should have told you not to rub the area, you can put an ice pack on it to see if this will help. Only leave on for 15 minutes and the reapply if necessary.

The most common side effects are:

Headache.
Bruising.
Flu-like symptoms.
Drooping eyelid (ptosis).
Nausea.

Other side effects include temporary facial pain, redness at the injection site, reduced blinking, and weakness in the muscles of the face. In extreme cases, this muscle weakness can limit your facial expressions.

I am at a total loss as to why you had Botox injected into your tummy area. It is normally used to freeze the muscles around the eye area and forehead to stop frown lines showing. I have never had Botox but my friends have and feel fine straight after the procedure.

Why oh why do people go ahead with these proceedures when they don't know the side effects? Why pay someone to inject poison into your body? It is just crazy, it really can't be worth it. For what? to think you look younger? Doesn't work, is there anyone out there still fooled by silicone breasts? Non of these invasive treatments are worth it. Learn to live with the fact that non of us are perfect, and we are all ageing, I'm no spring chicken, don't like the fact that bits are heading south but come on, life is too short to subject yourself to agony just for your appearance.
