I recently was put on Depo-Provera and i've become very irritable, more so than usual so i'm pretty sure they're related. I dont want to go off the shot.
Does anyone have a way to help ease my irratability?

I personally dont know about the irratablity i dodnt really have that but PLEASE stop takin the shot while you can unless you never want to have kids then by all means continue!! But SEVERAL people i have talked to are not able to become pregnant because of that shot! If you dont believe me then get some info from your doc!!!!

Depo has been known to cause calcium deficiency in women that can lead to osteoporosis, and even doing things like drinking milk and doing muscle training can't replenish the lost calcium. So my solution is switch to the pill. It's safer and it doesn't make you feel irritable.

This is a great question, and one that confused me for quite a long time.

it's a common side effect and a good reason to stop using it because it will get worse with repeated doses.
