all womens breasts are not equal.. it can be made equal.. needs implants though

If it's a drastic difference, you can have surgery to reduce the size of one breast or have an implant to make the other larger.
However, you may notice that they will even out naturally on their own around the time you start your period.

They can with surgery thats the only option sorry. Most womens breasts are uneven at least to some degree.

my friend had a d cup on one side and a b-c on the other
she went and had surgery yo make the big one smaller abd she had so many problems with it.
she said that she wisheed she had made the smaller one bigger as there would have been less complecations
