Yesterday I had some bright-red blood spotting and thought my period started a week early (it is not due until the 30th). However, the spotting didn't last for longer than one hour, basically it was more like a one-time discharge of red blood.
My basal temperature is low (36.6 celcius) which is also weird... I'm pretty sure I ovulated about a week ago and the temperature should be higher.
Any insights? What can be possible causes of spotting+low temp a week before period is due?

I have been bloated for around 2 or 3 months, it varies in size throughout the day but i wake up bloated (a little) and go to bed bloated (usually very badly). people have commented that I look 4-5 months pregnant. my periods have also changed, ive had them 8 years and theyve always been very heavy. last month i was spotting with 7 days of brown discharge, this month was heavy and bright red followed with about an hours worth of spotting brown discharge.
my doctor told me it was IBS but I have not been constipated or had diarrhoea so I dont fully agree with this.

however, last week I had a bad 'stitch' feeling under my left rib for 3 hours..

can anybody relate to this or have any idea what this could be? ive taken 5 pregnancy tests that have all came back negative.

I am currently on cerazette - I have had a light period now for about 2 weeks - I get married in 4 days and really want to stop my period even if it means using a condom -- If I change my pill from cerazette straight onto the combined - will this cause me to have a period anyway even though I changed to combined without a break?

Any advise if you have had this problem on cerazette how to stop the bl00dy periods (excuse the pun) I really dont want to get married and be on my period - I actually havn't slept with my husband to be and so our wedding night would be very special - If I can get myself sorted!!

For the past week or so now, I randomly get a sharp shooting pain in my breast that lasts barely a second then goes away. It happens up to 10 times a day now in either breast.
I just had a baby 2 months ago and I am still breastfeeding. I've been looking for answers everywhere and can't find anything on it except for more questions. I will probably call the doctor if it continues and I can't find an answer. Help?

I have had Endometriosis since I was 15. I have been taking the pill since then too. My condition is getting worse and I need help to control it. I have no insurance and make less then $14,000 a year. Natural remedies cost less, but I dont know if any work. I have all the major symptoms and am almost always in pain. I am only 21, but the pain is causing me to not live like a normal 21yr old. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't mean to skip 1 entire week, I called it into the pharmacy, got busy with my son and forgot about it. Now my question is, if I took it for 7 months without ever skipping a day does this mean I can rely on it or do I have to wait another month again (like I did when I first started taking it)? Is my period gonna be messed up or will I start as usual but still be taking the "hormone" pills?

So i just recently starting taking birth control. The ones I was taking made me way to emotional so I just recently switched. I already had my period with the last pills around sep. 14. But I'm only on about a 1 1/2 weeks on the new ones and I started my period again two days ago. Along with these I feel faint, small headaches, and an upset stomach every time I eat. I have had a lump under my arm for a few days and now it is on both arms. I have not started my period that I know of but I have been having a horrible stomach ache, I was having a hot flash, i had to stay home from school, and for the pas two days i have been bleeding. It does not really show up in my under wear, it is worst after I go. Is this my period? Am I just spotting? Is this serious? What about the lumps? Is this normal?

If there is about how much does it cost? I recently starTed a new relationship with a man that is what I consider abnormally large and making love is quite painful. I have had vaginal birth. But my 1st baby was only 4lbs and my doctor had to do an episiotomy and still use a vacuum to deliver him. She told me had he even been a few ounces bigger there would have been no way I could have delivered him vaginally. My second baby was 7lbs and I had to have him by c-section. Everyone tells me that the vagina stretches to accomodate, but my new partners girth is so big I can feel it catching on my pelvic bones. Would some kind of therapy or surgery help. I hate that this is such a problem.

When I put my first tampon in I could feel it's presence, like I could feel it was there but it wasn't uncomfortable. Then when I took it out, it was filled with blood (even the string) was covered with blood. When I took it out, it hurt. The next day I put in a new tampon and it made me feel sort of sick, but I think it was the cramps. I felt like my stomach wasn't settled and I had a headache. Is this normal? Right now I feel much better. (Particulary because my mom is making my favorite meal.) Do I have TSS?

Also what is an STD???? People talk about it but what is it?

My bf and I had sex lastnight...and this morning I woke up not feeling very well...(not morning sickness, I know, too soon)
So I had to use the bathroom, twice and I noticed that I am bleeding. It's bright pink but it's just spotty. Not heavy or anything.
Also, I just ended my period this weekend.
Could it just be reminence of my period? Or could it be implantation bleeding after just one night?

No matter how much or how little slepp I get Im so drained and tired! Im on Effexor which I thought would help with fatigue. About a month ago I went off Ritalin after being on it for 4 months. When I was on the Ritalin that was the only time that I felt I had energy or was able to stay awake. What can I do to battle this fatigue?

My girlfriend gets extraordinarily bad cycles, and for a week every month it’s hell on earth. Seems like I get blamed for every little thing, the faucet dripping, the alarm clock being too loud, not having enough mustard in the house, etc… it’s a seriously emotional roller coaster for her and it is weighing down the relationship for me. What do I do? How does a man responsibly approach this subject given the circumstances?

its my first one, i had a well womens exam right before i started seeing the symptoms, the doctor didnt say i had one, im all good down there, and now i think i have a yeast infection, it itches, its dry, and the white discharge(no smell) comes out, i want to treat it my self, but im scared cause it means i wont be doing it with my guy and he might get grossed out, and im embarrased. should i be? i feel alone. please help! what can i do besides taking the monistat to help it go away faster? eat drink what? im desperate!

I have VERY small boobs(A cup), and I've been very self- conscious of it and I think of myself as ugly. My fiance isn't really a big help because instead of showing me he loves me the way I am, he buys me breast enlargement pills, creams, and pumps (They do work, because I used to be completely flat).

I just feel as if I can't be as pretty as his ex's because they all had C cup. I wish that he will encourage me to not use breast enlargement things. It will really show me that he loves my boobs small and imperfect. I only use them to make him happy...
