Anything but depo!
I was on that stuff for four years. Blech.
I am on Kariva (pill) and have had zero side affects.

I love the implant even though people have bad experiences, Iove it ... the pill didnt work as you had to rember to take it to not to take etc but the implant 3 years in your arm and can pregnant straight away once youve had a periodn once its taken out. I also heard the coil but didnt like the idea of someone fiddling down there plus I can feel if theres anything wrong with it, my periods have also stopped and dosnt make you put on weight .... what more can a girl want? x

The best contraception is abstain. (don't do it)
But seriously, obviously you do want to do it so, go to your family planning clinic they will put you right about what is right for you personally. Find your nearest one in the telephone directory or the doctors surgery may have a leaflet or the library.
It's confidential so it is nothing to worry about.
