Nope. It's good for you to stay active and not treat it like anything special or different. If you're having bad enough cramps to where its limiting your ability to exercise, maybe consider birth control to help regulate the cramps.

No, in fact a light exercises while menstruating will actually re leave those nasty cramps a little bit =) Just try not to overdo it and exercise yourself to exhaustion, because we all know you're already tired to begin with those first couple of days.

NOT TRUE. Exersising During Menstruation Helps Cramps and pains, also its good for you anyways. So You SHOULD be doing some extra exersise during that time. Make sure to tell that person they were wrong. Hope i helped!

It's actually the opposite. Exercise is good for you (especially when you have your period). Exercise can actually help relieve your cramps. Just don't overdo it, and if you feel more pain then usual, you should stop.
