it's my first time to wear tampons in fact , im wearin' it right now,it's 10:30 PM and i've been wearing for about 45 min. after i took a shower.should i sleep with it or remove it before i sleep?quick! i need quick answer cause im about to sleep in 1 hour.and also tell me about wering tampons:D

Hello,
Ok i am not asking what it is i have it every month lol, and i hate it alot. I just wnated to know if anyone knew the reason why we have cramps during our period. I know the whole process that goes into having a period but why does it have to include having cramps during periods. I have cramps not so bad at times but sometimes they are really bad. My aunt has given me mydol which has helped alot before. I love it lol. I was wondering also if anyone knew how much mydol runs for in the stores.

im 12 years old and i have not gotten my period yet. i have been hearing that if you are underweight, your period may not come. im scared that i am too much underweight for my period to come. i have discharge and cramps, but i wan tto make sure im not to much underweight. i am about 5 feet, and i weight about 76 or 77. is there anyway that i can gain more weight? i dont want to make myself fat and eat unhealthy. am i even too much underweight? i try to exercise and do everything i can, but i just stay the same weight. please help. every answer helps

The problem that i have is that sometimes before i have a bowel movement or if i need to go to the bathroom really bad then I can have an orgasm and multiple ones it that by just sitting still ...it only happens if i have to have a bowel movement really bad and hold it till i can get somewhere..that is when i know that I cant wait to go to the bathroom..i have had this happen for about 12 or 13 years now and have found nobody that can explain this...Please help...i would really like some answers..thanks

I just got off birth control two months ago and my first period off of it was a week or two ago. It only lasted two days and spotted for a few days after that. When I say spot I mean I couldnt even wear a tampon most days and on other days all that was needed was a panty liner and only a little blood came out (usually in the morning) and then that was it for the day. Is that abnormal or normal after getting off birth control? And could an illness be linked to it.

im 21 y.o, this is my fourth week and the bleeding wouldnt stop, i didnt have sex or masturbate or any of that, my period was regular in the past yet late sometimes, but it was all good untill last year, i had had bleeding for 3 weeks last september 2006, and went on check ups and scans, Dr. said its only a hormon thing, then gave me some medicines, i finished taking them and everything was back in order again untill last may i had period for 3 weeks again, then it stopped i thaught it was ok, but a week later after it stopped i had it again and its still going on untill now, what to do? what might it be?

Well i checked my list that i write all my periods down and they usually come on the 10th or 15th. The late-est was the 20th. I get my period evry month but this month i hasent came. I toke a pregnacy test came out negative. but see i just used the rest room a while ago and i used the #2 and the tip of it>(****) was covered with blood.

Okay, so I'm having a party tonight but guess what, I just caught a high fever. I got better last night except now I have diarrhea. It's just really thin and colors you'd never expect, and my urine is white. The doctor prescribed me amoxicillin trihydride and advil for cold and sinuses and I have to take it every mealtime. But if I have it before the meal I stay on the toilet long enough my meal gets cold and my eating schedule crashes, and if I eat it after I eat I am condemned to the toilet for atleast half an hour. I tried consuming yogurt, lemon juice, water, and a lot of things that didn't particularily help. I'm 12 years old. If you need any more information please tell me.

I have a big question! I heard that working out can take away cramps, but it can also push back the date of your mistral cycle, and some times it won't even come! Is all this true? (I hope it is! cause I've been paranoid for the past week!)

Yesterday after 2 weeks of waiting to miscarry I had to have a D and C. To my surprise it was not nearly as terrible as I had expected.... until last night. My procedure went smoothly and I was out of the hospital less then an hour and a half after surgery. We even stopped to get something to eat on the way home. When I got home I felt ok just tired so I slept for a few hours. When I woke up my neck back shoulders and arms were so stiff and sore I could swear i'd been hit by a truck. A BIG ONE! Ive only had very minor cramping and very little bleeding but my upper body just plain hurts. I was told I would have a sore throat for a couple days and I have heard of alot of people getting shoulder pain after a general anestetic (sp?) but this seems extreme. Has any one else experianced this?

i have twin daughers they are 15..both have boyfriends i often talk to them about having sex and waiting unitl they are married or older so they can be responsible about it. my one daughter has been dating this guy for a year and a half i completly approve of him i absolutly think they are a great couple and im very proud of how great they are, i def. know they are not having sex < i am very close to that twin and shes very trustworthy..my other daughter has been with her boyfriend for 3 months and i read on her AOL IM (she had asked me to fix something on her computer when this popped up) i read that her and her boyfriend were planning on doing "69" "96" and "71" i know what 69 is but what do the other numbers mean? and it also said i cant wait to bang (meaning sex?) please help me i dont know what to say and i want to make sure i know what those numbers mean so i can help her. thanks!

Hi i am eleven i do not have my p3ri0d and i am am uncomfortable with asking mother/doctor about this. the other day i was looking 'down there' becaus it was itchy. inside it was all white. the stuff came out eaily with toilet paper, but i still am freaked out and i dont know whats going on.
p.s. this has happened before, it keeps returning.
