Relax. It's normal.
We have vaginal discharge throughout the month, starting before our periods start and, for some women, as early as birth. The normal discharge can be anything from milky white, thick and creamy (the technical description is egg yolk white) to clear, thin and sticky. It's a sign that your hormones are revving up, that they are present and working. It's normal and okay.
If the discharge you saw looked more like cottage cheese - thick, white and clumpy - then it's a sign of a yeast infection. In that case, you will have to talk to either your mom or a dr. or both in order to get that taken care of.

I'm eleven too and you have no reason to worry. That white stuff is called vaginal discharge. It is a natural way of your vagina cleaning itself. It's completely normal and all girls get it. It is also a good sign that your getting your period int he next 6-12 months.
Even after you have your period, you still get vaginal discharge. You can't completely get rid of it, but you can start to wear a pantyliner like Kotex Lightdays to keep your underwear more clean. You should change the pantyliner daily. You should also shower more often to keep your private parts clean. Sorry, but vaginal discharge is just part of life for girls. However, if the vaginal discharge gets really yellow or starts to smell really bad, then you may have an infection and should see your doctor. www.beinggirl.com has lots of info on your period and on puberty
Oh, and you really should talk to your mom or another woman you trust (aunt, grandma ect) because you only get more questions about your body and growing up the older you get. Remember that she's been though it all too.
Good Luck!♥

no longer in all situations although truthfully a individual is ninety 3% extra services to hit a woman than a woman hit a individual; although there are severe circumstances that girls do abuse there husband and adult adult males shouldn't get skid dish to stand up and say my spouse abuses me; hitting back positively no longer provided that its extremely serious; although a great style of the time adult adult males have an benefit- they are commonly plenty larger and better and that they may well be waiting to restrain the female and contact the police officers; i could on no account hit a guy different than i became as quickly as being under pressure or grabbed or have any actual action that offends me or hurts me; although i do know that video clips constantly make the guy out to be the abuser although some adult adult males do have a difficulty in the event that they may well be perplexed take it out on a punching bag now no longer your companion and young babies; even verbally; i've got self assurance the two way lady hitting male or visa versa it extremely is mistaken;

It is called discharge. Every woman has it it helps clean out your Vagina. Don't worry it's normal.

You should talk to your mother or a woman you are comfortable with and trust. As you get older your body is going to change and you will have many questions. It is normal for girls to feel uncomfortable as they grow up so your not alone. Also remember your mom has gone through everything you are going through so she can help you. Don't be scared to talk to her.

If you are itchy down there i is a sign of an infection. You probably have a yeast infection or bladder infection. Either way you need to tell your mom and see a Dr to get antibiotics to cure it. This is nothing to be embarrassed about

well 11 is a pretty early age to start your period, so id say dont worry, because when it comes ull know and just like the rest of us, ull probably hate it. enjoy childhood while it lasts lol. as for the white stuff, its probably just mucus, which is normal. this could mean u'll be starting pretty soon. just be prepared. the white stuff will come and go every month after that usually to help let you know when ull be starting again....

That's normal secretions from your body as part of its natural cleansing process. It can be white or clear and changes depending on your body cycle, age, etc.

Don't be putting toilet paper inside your body. If your underwear gets soiled, just change and carry on with your day. This is one of the reasons women buy "panty shields".
No worries.

I am 13 years old and all I have to say is...TALK TO YOUR MOTHER. I know it is hard and uncomfortable talking to her (believe me I know). But do it anyway. Your mom has years of experience, she will know what to do. If you are super scared look in books or on the internet. TALK TO YOUR MOM FOR HELP, it will be uncomfortable at first but she is probably the only one who will be able to truly, truly help you. Just try it. I hoped this helped you and good luck.

Honey this could be a yeast infection. Yeast infections are itchy and they come back , over and over if not treated. Tell your mom. Sounds like a yeast infection, all girls get them sooner or later its normal.
Cut down on sugary intake that will aslo help, and if you drink pop , drink alot less. drink plenty of water.
