I've been working out and watching what i eat all summer and i haven't really lost any weight. I'm 19, about 5' 8.5" and i want to lose 10-20 pounds. Has anything worked for you?

try eating fruits and vegies for a week or so. it sounds hard but its not. stay away from oils like olive oil and stuff like that. the two things that you can drink are water and 100% juice. then after the week you can gradualy add a little more protien and dairy in to your diet.

believe it or not but try drinking 1 cup of water before every meal and do 30 sit-ups before bed time in one week you will notice the difference also it may be time to take your workout up a step

You haven't stated how much you weigh. If you aren't very overweight it will take more time...
