Women's Health - December 2006

It's no been 57 days since I had my last period. I've taken TWO first response pregnancy tests, each a week a part and they've both come out negative. I'm eating normally and not under very much stress. I don't know what could be wrong with me, any ideas? I've researched pregnancy symptoms and the only one I have (other than the missed period) is fatigue. I have NEVER missed a period or had any more than 35 days a part. Any input would be VERY appreciated!

my doctors want me to have birth control pills because I haven't started my period naturally yet. (They ran blood tests,hormone check,ultrasound,gynocologist,... and MRI) ((Medroxy. and Pre. Worked for a month and then they took me off of it because they said I would start naturally but I never did.))

Do I have to take birth controll pills? I mean...are there any dangers if I don't get my period....they said it'll be for awhile. Also, what birth control pills will they subscribe? Are there any dangers,risks?

I want to start naturally. I mean is it such a big deal if I refuse Birth control pills....how would I explain my parents this if I finnaly decide not to take the pillsall together.

okay it's about my period i was suppose to start around the 14th that's 28 days total and today makes it 33 days.i'm asking b/c i'm 17 virgin and i started having my periods around age 9 or 10 okay so this is very irregurly for me i start between 21-28 days is there something wroung b/c i have taken alot of precripion medine please tell me everything you know on the subject.

Hold in place, new pads are thin, pretty belts that don't pinch/roll, no sticky stuff to pinch me... I used the sticky pads until now - but won't go back. Anyone else know/use these belts?

So my boyfriend tried to use an 8 inch x 6 inch dildo with an over-sized head on me a couple days ago. Needless to say, it wouldn't really go in (I'm still very tight). But my vagina still hurts from his attempts. I tried some anti-itch cream (generic Vagisil), but the pain keeps coming back. It's a real downer.

Any suggestions to fix pain? Or avoid the problem next time?

A few weeks ago I found a lump in my left breast, I finally bucked up the courage to go to the doctor today and she's gonna refer me to my local hospital. I was hoping that she'd tell me to calm down and stop being a drama queen but she said there was definately a lump and I need to get it checked out. I'M REALLY SCARED! Doc tried to re assure me but I'm bricking it!! Has anyone else been through this? I've got no one to talk to about it cos I don't want to worry my family this close to Christmas.

since i started puberty i have always had spots everywhere on my body, not all over like acne just the odd one or two... i get em on my back and sometimes on my boobs but they aint bad they are just red.
I am on the pill and it has been a week since i came off and my boobs are really achey when i press them and i now have signs of them growing...
is the spots like things normal because i think i have had them since i started maturing last year or year before????????

About a month ago (Thankgiving weekend) i had unprotected sex with my partner and about 3 days later i got my period, however i've been having an aching feeling in my abdomen and a tingling feeling in my breasts. I have been pregnant twice and should know what it feels like,but because i got my period i was wondering if it were possible that i may be pregnant. Just today i noticed that i have been going to the bathroom a lot more than usual. Has anyone had symptoms of pregnancy and it turned out to be something totally different? My husband will be visiting for Christmas (he's in the army) and I want to go on the birth control pill. How long do you have to take the pill for it to be 99.9% effective? I'm 26 and i've been getting yeast infections on a regular basis since the age of 17. This year they got more and more frequent until I was having them at least once a week, and I noticed that they seemed to be caused especially by spicy food, alcohol or sugar. My doctor didn't believe me but put me on a drug called Fluconazol, which I took for a few months and that made them stop. Now I've been off the drug for two months and here they are again, pestering my life. What can be the reason for these returning infections and is there anything I can do to make them go away for good, or is this a life-long sentence? I´ve heard colon hydrotherapy helps with this problem, has anyone had any experience with that?
