How do I do it without spending any money??

Exercise, walking, running, sit ups, push ups ect, and change your diet, watch you calorie intake, pick healthy snacks and drink plenty of water. Good luck!

Max weight loss recommended is 4 lbs a week (which is a lot actually) so that would put you at about 32 lbs in two months, provided you could do it and keep it up.

You need spend no extra money at all...simply watch what you eat...don't skip meals because that slows the metabolism, making weight loss more difficult but cut your calories to around 1300/day max (do not go under 1000/day w/o a doctor's supervision) and exercise...walk, ride bike, rollerblade, dance, use workout videos, etc and shoot for at least 1 hr a day (2 is better, 1 hr morning and evening).

Just remember, whatever you do to get the weight off, you need to keep it up on some level when you hit your goal or the lbs will come right back on...keep up with exercise and watch what you eat...this isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

When you find out, let me know. Starving yourself will help on the food bill. Just kidding. There is a biblical diet called the Daniel fast. This is where you eat only fruits vegetables and nuts. Drink only fruit juices, no caffeine. Also you only cook with olive oil. Drink lots of water. This also cleanses your system pretty well too if you can stick to it. Good luck and God Bless.
