since i started puberty i have always had spots everywhere on my body, not all over like acne just the odd one or two... i get em on my back and sometimes on my boobs but they aint bad they are just red.
I am on the pill and it has been a week since i came off and my boobs are really achey when i press them and i now have signs of them growing...
is the spots like things normal because i think i have had them since i started maturing last year or year before????????

lol, i know what nipples are and the spots arnt even spots (not like the ones with a head on) they dnt even come often only when i have a period...

Do they resemble goose bumps?
Those are just increased hair follicles. Nothing to worry about.

the spots on your boobs are called nipples, all women have them, dont get too worried.......hope this helps
