So my boyfriend tried to use an 8 inch x 6 inch dildo with an over-sized head on me a couple days ago. Needless to say, it wouldn't really go in (I'm still very tight). But my vagina still hurts from his attempts. I tried some anti-itch cream (generic Vagisil), but the pain keeps coming back. It's a real downer.

Any suggestions to fix pain? Or avoid the problem next time?

Six inches around. I can't do the geometry necessary to calculate diameter vs circumference.

It was huge. Let's leave it at that.

KSL, if I get pregnant, I'm aborting, but I doubt the dildo will do that. Speculum and syringes are smaller than babies. :0)

Itching and pain could be caused by tears and their healing--just like if you cut yourself, the cut itches after a day or so. DO NOT DOUCHE- this can cause infection, and will further irritate. Use plenty of sterile KY jelly (comes in the white tube) to moisten the injured area, and to reduce further irritation. Take Advil to reduce inflammation, and avoid any sexual activity for at least a week or two to allow you to heal. Had this happen once; my hubby and I tried using both a slim vibrator AND his penis at the same time... The toy was very clean, and so was Hubby. We just tried to do too much. My nurse practitioner gave me this care advice (when she finished laughing), and I felt better in a few days.

8 inches long and 6 inches wide? That can't be right. Next time use lots of water based lubricant and go very slowly. Or buy a smaller dildo. As far as pain you can take some Tylenol or whatever works for you and wait it out.

Bathe your vagina with douche vinegar and water, just a couple of teaspoons in warm water. The itching will be from unclean dildo.
The pain, is becuase he is so inexperienced getting you ready for it, you can easy take an 8 inch dildo, although you need to lubricate, if you are not ready, it will not enter.

Psychologically you could be clamping your vaginal muscles, because of the size, plenty of lubrication is needed, relax and enjoy, although if you don't want, you shouldn't use it. Remember babies are much bigger!

Why would he wanna stretch it out? I'd think he would want it to stay tight! Hmmmm get a smaller dildo, and just let time heal you!

Maybe you are allergic to the plastic/rubber material it is made out of. or maybe it was too big. Dont give up on them, however. They are a lot of fun
