There's no reason for it to that I am aware of. If you want it to tighten up, work those kegel muscles.

I've never heard of that...it may happen when she exercises but not dieting.

it shouldn't, the only thing that should make it tighter is not having sex for a while and even then, it's not going to be much tighter
