I've recently lost quite a bit of weight, and I've gotten to a weight I'm happy with, 125 pounds.
But..I sorta lost the weight...not in the best way.
I'd eat for example, a fruit cup for breakfast, a salad and yogurt for lunch, and a few bites of whatever was made for dinner.
Then I'd ride the stationary bike for 10-20 minutes, aerobics for 20 minutes and sometimes dance to a CD if I had time.
Well..my mom talked with me and she told me I have to eat better, which I know..and I'm going to do..but my question is..
If I eat differently than I currently am, but still the same amount of exercise, will I gain weight?
For example, 2 eggs for breakfast maybe a piece of toast, a salad with chicken or tuna for lunch, and whatever is made for dinner,..maybe some rice, beans, chicken, or some kind of meat.
I usually don't eat too much, I take smaller plates so it's easier.
Will the change cause me to gain weight?
