A few months ago I notcied this small mole like thing on my perieneum area next to my rectum, I have had hemmies, but I am not sure what this is. I haven't had sex so I know it isn't sex related can this be just a mole or can you have skin tags anywhere in that area, it's not really a flap of skin it's more like a mole or could it be a hemmie in that area? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like a skin tag to me. Harmless, and easily removable. Go to any dermatologist, as they would be able to actually see it and give you a definite answer.

skin tags happen in any warm moist area so it is possible, hemmies are also possible. I would just pay attention to it to see if there are changes, if it seems to grow have it checked out by your doctor. You wouldn't want some rogue hemmie to grow and rupture would you?

You need a skin Dr. to look at it. You can get skin tags anywhere though. Moles too.
