I am a 21 year old female. I am not suicidal or anything, but I overdosed on tylenol3 pills that the doc gave me for my wisdom teeth. Stupid dicission I know!!There was probably about 29pills in there and I took about 8 of them in one hour, and then probably another 8 couple hours later and so on untill i finihsed the whole bottle. I felt really dizzy- kinda tipsy.
This actually happened 3 years ago and Im wondering and concerned now, if this would effect me later on in the future possibly when I want to have children? I did not vomit or anything after-no diarhea- no nothing!!!

Im just concerned...how it will effect me in the future? What do you all think?

You'll be okay. I took 16 aspirins in a span of a couple hours once with a toothache. You'll just have to sleep it off. Don't do it again in the future. It shouldn't affect your ability to have kids.

There should be no long term fertilty effects. Yet, I would be more concerned with damage to your liver. Acetaminophen which is what Tylenol consists of, in high doses can do severe liver damage. Tylenol3 also has codine. Talk to a doctor

Well if you made it through the initial overdose your out of the woods sort-of-speak. BUT the Tylenol could have damaged your kidneys or liver as the drug is broken down in one of the two parts of the body. This could lead to trouble in the future if you continue to damage your kidneys or liver by OD'ing on alcohol and other substances.

There is more than Tylenol in Tylenol 3. So you could have cause some minor start of a problem

tylenol is very toxic to your liver. In the future you could have liver failure. I think you shouldn't do it again.

medications such as tylenol can damage your liver over the long term if you take too many too often.
