I always experience skin irritation each time I take my bath. Though if I add any spot removing tube cream it will stop and if I stop the tube cream it will continue.

I would like to stop smoking cold turkey. Im affraid of going for food while doing this and getting fat. Is their anything I can do or take so I dont go for food as a substitution? And is it safe to stop cold turkey?

It looks like a hernia but its the size of my fist which is a bit big. I dont realy have pains from it. The doctors say they need to put in a full encircling mesh to repiar it,but then i will not be able to have any more children. I wish to have more children and so am thiking not to take the surgry. I have been told if i have more children with it, it could be dangerous. If its so dangerous why di`nt my midwife,health visitor or GP express any concern about it. So if i had not out of pure curiosity and concern asked my GP about it nothing would have been done about it and i could have gone on and gotten pregnant again, and then what would have happened to me. I despirately need a second opinion and dont know how to go about it. Is it really hernia, if not then what will make a womans abdominal muscles give way and split in the curse of pregnancy. I can do with all the information i can get.

I recently lost 13 lbs and I decided that I wanted to lose more. I came across this article (although I dont remember the name or where I saw it) that said that spicy foods help to speed up your metabolism or something like that. I was just wondering if anyone knew it that was true or not.

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 7 months and I think that I am pregnate and I don't know what to do. We are haveing so many problems now. I'm a senior in high school and he dropped out of his freshmen year at college. I don't think that we will be able to support the baby. He thinks I should get an abortion but I'm completly against killing an innocent baby. He wants me to give the baby up for adoption but I don't think that i could do that either. We fight about these issues all the time and we almost break up all of the time. Yesterday I walked home from subway because we got in a fight. He isn't very considerate at all. I think that he thinks that this is all my fault but it isn't. I don't know what I should do. I haven't told my parents because they would bite my head off, so I am asking strangers what they think. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an abortion in july and i have been to the dr's recently and they have said that the hospital may have left some after birth in me and it may have stopped me from having my own babies in the future, can anyone help me in what to do , i went for blood tests this morning, i need some help, i am going for a scan next week and then i am having fertility tests ext week, :(

I'm a woman in my early thirties. My parents still have head full of hair as well as my siblings. I don't smoke or drink and I'm a vegetarian. Everyday I can see lots of hairs on the floor, in the bathroom sink and on my hairbrush. 3 years ago, I used to have three times as much hair. Now my face looks like a full moon as my hair is thinning on the crown and around my forehead. I read that it's normal to lose 70-100 hairs per day but I cannot afford to lose anymore as they never seem to grow back. I tie my hair back into a ponytail everyday and everytime I can feel some of my hairs being pulled out from the root. Does anyone have any suggestions or remedies for my drastic hair loss? I'm thinking of killing myself when I go bald.
