It "comes" from the middle ages where in church particularly enthusiastic women at the front of the church used to shout out "Oh God! Yes! Oh God! in an attempt to make God come to the Church. They became known locally as comers and can be seen in modern days in hymns such as Come all ye faithful.
One day while the rest of the congregation were praying they heard from a cupboard in the back of the church Oh God! Yes! and thought somebody was coming. Actually they were having sex and when they found that out much to their horror, the name "to come" also meant having some good nookie.

It is scientific, but it is something that society has modified. "To come" is a derivative of the term "c um", which is Latin for "with". It has been given abbreviation to a man's semen or ejaculatory fluid, such as with "pre-c um". As "come" and "c um" are similar in pronunciation, society has melded the two into meaning the same.
