This is so sad.. I would think the minute the doctor figured this out they would put the mother in the hospital and induce labor. I cant see it being safe to keep the baby inside of the body if he/she is not alive. My prayers are with you..

Nothing physically!! Mentally she has to deal with the loss of a child!

I had a stillborn baby 20 yrs ago. He died at 37 weeks due to a cord accident.

Emotionally, much like the death of any child I'm sure but along side additonal effects of the pregnancy hormones. Physically, well, the doctors will probably induce labour and the risks will be much like giving birth.
