Yes I had the op in April, they feel natural I had my implants inserted through my nipple (a small cut under it then it is placed in) they feel really good and I have no regrets, choose your surgeon, ask for references, look at photos you are in charge its your body and your money. Be aware no one ever tells you about the big support bra you have to wear for a few weeks after or the backache for a few days (you will need plenty of painkillers and deep heat!) and that you shouldn’t drive or lift even a baby for a few weeks.
Good luck with your decisions.

Sometimes they can be gorgeous, but sometimes they can be as obvious as a wart on the end of your nose. The ones implanted under the chest muscles will hurt you more and for a longer period of adjustment than the ones on top of the muscle. Think too that too big on top the muscles will quickly sag and while a good bra will hold your impressive parts for display, the times you will be without a bra will make you look like a grandma with all the glamorous shape of a day-old water balloon (when the air goes out of the balloon it sags with all the shape of a sock with a rock in it, without the supporting muscle the skin will sag and your "beauty" will be bouncing off your belly in no time). Just don't add too much and put it under your chest muscles. You'll agonize when trying to move afterwards but you will be happier in the long run. Remember too, that the body encapsulates them and in about 10 years you will need to do it again. The saline bag will have begun to leak and it can do hideous things to your shape, especially if you got big implants. If you opt for the silicone bags instead, they will get especially hard. At the first, after the pain of adjustment, you will look and feel fine, but as they age, especially without breast supporting exercises, you will get droopy and notice increasing lumpiness.
Aw, just do some chest muscle exercises and eat a lot of phytoestrogen-rich foods and they will bulk up nicely on their own.

What you have to do is decide why you really want bigger boobs..? Is it for yourself or for how others perceive you. If the answer is for yourself then the best thing to do is a lot of research before you do it and don't try and get it done on the cheap, you see people on the news who get cheap ops done all the time and regret it!b
If its for how others perceive you then stop right there! And go and spend your money on enjoying your life. Plenty men or women (which ever way you swing) are perfectly happy with a natural set no matter what the size or shape and any potential partner should certainly not judge a future relationship on the size of them!
Good luck and send us a picture once they are done.. (only joking) ;)

My friend has false boobs and I personally think they look awful. She is now all out of proportion with the rest of her body. Her boyfriend finds them a turn off as well and says they feel horrible. My advice to you is not to get them done. Boobs are much nicer when there natural. You were given what you have got. Be happy with them.

Alot of men find them a huge turn off. They look false and feel hard - when you move they dont move like natural breasts do. They dont last forever so make sure you have enough oney to have them replaced at a later date and for a huge amount of women it all goes wrong from the start - you see so many with lop sided breast or horrific scars from infection. Spend your money on something else and leave your body the way is - as nature intended x

There is a new type of silicon breast implant. It's called the "Gummy Bear." It contains a semi-solid silicon that IF it were to leak or be damaged in an accident, it would remain intact.
It looks and feels JUST like a natural breast. Remember, this is going to cost around $20,000 and it is not covered by insurance.

i dont know how they feel, but i tell you they look nasty and fake, no real top heavy womens boobs stand up on their own without a bra, so im guessing they wont feel like real boobs if they dont look like real boobs and secondly dont women understand that your boobs no matter what size fit your body, look at pamela anderson, you could see she should be a b cup and she looks like meat on a stick. Just my humble opinion anyway

if you get a boob job they will be heavy and they will hurt ur back, trust me (accept mine are real) lol, plus its expensive i do believe and u have a high chance of em bursting which can actually poison ur blood and during the op you can die plus your still young, only do it if you really want it if the surgeons good he/she will tell u not to have em done.
