Ok, I know that Caffeine can make your cramps worse and more severe, which is why you aren't suppose to have any during the first couple of days. But how then, does Excedrin, a pain medicine I take to RELIEVE cramps, have caffeine in it? You would think this would make the cramps worse but it sends them away even though its main ingredient is caffeine. I am thoroughly confused. Anyone know?

My friend told me she was checking herself "down there" and noticed a pimple ..ummm... within her "lips". (You know where I mean)

Is this true? Should I be checking down there? I've never heard of this before.... Has anyone else? Or was it something else she found that wasn't a real pimple?

How would you feel if you found out that your daughter... or even son, but mainly daughter was having sex? Im 17 and i haven't had sex yet, mainly because im afraid what my parents would think and i have alot of respect for them..... but they never talk to me about sex or stuff like that, so i really don't know their opinion of it.

Also... I think they are just shy, and i am shy to ask them about those things.....

What do other moms (You) think about this?

I watched a report about a woman that had suffered breast cancer the other night which has started me wondering. She explained that after having an amputation of one breast she didn't feel like a woman anymore. I can understand this view. I mean if ever anyone were to tamper with my jewelry I'd feel the same. I actually have a friend who told his doctor he would kill him if he tried to touch his prostate(he had to have an operation for bowell cancer and the doctor said it might have been possible that it got damaged) So how do you ladies feel about your breasts and how would you feel if the unthinkable were to happen. (serious answers only please)

I'm 21, and ever since I started college, I've been shedding like crazy. In high school, I had thick, wavy hair, but now it's so thin that I can see a lot of scalp when my hair is wet. I know this isn't some genetic disease. I've had lots of stress in college, and wear my hair up almost all the time, but not too tight. What could be a reason that I'm losing so much hair? Would those hair growth sprays from commercials also work on me?

I know that question seems very vague. Let me explain: I'm a teenager and I am aware of the fact that hormones are involved with this problem. I'm wet allll the time. I have GREAT personal hygeine and I do shave my pubic hair daily. I don't always get the proper nutrition; however, I do eat many fruits. I'm not on any medications, but I do take vitamins. I think I can probably figure out the reason why Im always wet, but Im not sure why it's sometimes smelly? The smells are different most of the time, but they all are very foul. I heard baby powder might reduce the moisture? Is that true? I just need many options. It's starting to get out of hand. Thanks

I am 22.I have had abnormal periods for years. My Doctor put me on a progesterone pill to start my period since it had been over a year since my last one. My period went as useuall with the cramps bloating, breast tenderness etc. My period ended on the 14th. And on the 18th I started getting extremely tender breasts, more than I have ever had. And each day it seems to be getting worse! More tender, and today even a bra seems to hurt! And today they feel and look bigger than normal. But my period ended, and it was fine for a few days, so I don't think it has to do with my period...HELP!
