where u buy the mattresses to go with them
if you are worried about one falling off and what, well theses days they stay pretty firm with the sticky backs and wings. or you could try just wearing tight pantyhose or the bloomer type panties that cheerleaders wear. they will definatly keep it there.

I don't think you can anymore. They disappeared in the early 1970s with the advent of pads with adhesive.
