i took my first pill today and i was told that the green pills(inactive) were supposed to be taken during your peoriod with a white one but i looked at the pack and theres only 28 in there instead of an extra 7 for your period..please help me!

No...you only take 1 pill a day.
When you take the green (inactive) pill, you do not take a white one. The dispense pack comes with 28 pills, which should last you exactly 28 days...and then you go on to the next pack...
