My friend told me she was checking herself "down there" and noticed a pimple ..ummm... within her "lips". (You know where I mean)

Is this true? Should I be checking down there? I've never heard of this before.... Has anyone else? Or was it something else she found that wasn't a real pimple?

Your girlfriend is right to check herself. Every woman should try to check once in a while for that stuff. Sometimes you can feel bumps in the skin while you're washing that area and that is whe you know that you should get a mirror and take a look.
Your friend may have a wart. The thing with warts is that they tend to spread, really fast and they itch after a while. The warts come after you've been infected with a virus or maybe it could be just a yeast infection....anyway, the longer th einfection stays.. the more the warts spread. I'd advise that you get your friend to see a doctor for a consultation. After all it may just be an ingrown hair.

Yeah it is a good idea to check yourself. Anything out of the order is always good to notice early.
As for what it is... If she shaves.. Probably just an ingrown hair... IF not probably just a pimple. If more come up though have her go to a OBGYN.

Herpes looks like pimples (but it could be a pimple) so tell her to GET CHECKED before infects any one else.

Tell her not to mess around with that and to get it checked. My wife had what looked like a pimple and it turned out to be a minor growth......

Dont worry. If you feel comfortable looking "down there" then go ahead. If you dont, you shouldnt bother with it. Its just another factor of life.

Yes it's true.
Might best have your friend examined by a physician just to be safe.
