I believe sperms might live in a moist lofa used by a man so how can i make sure i won't get pregnant after using it ..how can I disinfect it??

If you somehow get pregnant after using a loofa that contains a man's sperm that would rank right up there with the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary! In other words next to impossible. However, to answer your question, to disinfect and sterilize a loofa including killing all sperm, soak it in a solution of water and bleach.

Wow.
Sperm can only live outside the body for a short time. So wait like 15-20 minutes before you use it. AND, unless you are shoving this loofah up inside you, they will have trouble even GETTING to where they would need to be in order to inseminate you.
Or just get your own loofah.

Um.. i would just buy a new one they are really inexpensive, but if you must sterilize a 50/50 mix of bleach and water will do the trick

You seriously need to relax and read up on sex ed. There is no sperm in that loofa, girl.
If you're that worried, buy your own loofa.

You can wash it with the towels if you use bleach. But I would just throw it out and get a new one.
