Advice? That is too broad a question.
Maybe if you said what "advice" the doctor gave you we could tell you if it was inappropriate or not.

My doctor always comes in and talks to me first (when I am clothed). They should not bring up anything of a sexual nature when performing a pelvic exam (unless you asked for it during that time).

No! Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Sexual advice should be given at a time when the patient is dressed so as not to provide opportunity for impropriety.

only if you ask for said sexual advice and it also depends on what kind of advice they are giving... if its something normal such as you should use condoms or birth control then no but it its something personal or private with out you asking that can be inappropriate.

It depends on what kind of advice it was, if you feel uncomfortable about it, chances are it was inappropriate. If you are concerned, change doctors.

Depends on what the advice was and whether or not it was asked for. Can you be more specific?

it depends on the advice...and if you asked him 4 it. If he just blurted out "You know what would really help ect..." then I would get a new doctor.

Give a "for instance" please. Your question is far too vague to make an accurate statement!
