How can i reduce stretch marks?
I am only 16 and have some on my hips and thighs, i have been told there is a way to reduce how they look, i just dont know how.

I've been on the birth control pill and have never had a problem with it. i've had regular periods and can calculate when i'm going to start to the stinking day. i started two weeks early this month, and its scaring the heck out of me. its not as heavy this time, but i'm still concerned.

Now my baby already 21mths .I suffer from back pain since then . I need to go for tradisional massage body regularly . I suffer the shoulder tight pain , n my back will pain when i stood or bend for some time. Therefore , i need a maid to help me do house work ..

Since September I am taking 'new generation' conreaception pills and since then I put on 7kg. This is not the first time when my body mass change after taking pills. My doctor told me that those pills have less hormones then the previous one and I will not gain any weight.
But anyway I put on weight. What can I do to loose those kg? I do not want to stop taking pills, maybe you can advise me something....
