I get it really bad, but I never take any drugs - Any other suggestions..

I can say that mine has gotten worse as I have gotten older. I am way more cranky and I have some other problems that are associated with that time of the month that I didn't used to have. I don't take any medications for it except for an occasional Midol when the cramps get to me.

Well, I started right before my 13th birthday and I used to never have PMS.
Now it's horrible. I posted a question about it before and what to do about the irritability and the mood swings and such, and the best answers i got were to go on birth control.
That would probably help me but I'm not able to get it, so I have to live with it til 2008 til I'm 18, then I can finally get the pill.
So I would suggest getting birth control.

well take drugs its the only way to get relief
