Check with your family doctor.
I reckon you had epidural during your childbirth. I asked for epidural too but when I read about the possible side effects (back pain, numbness in lower body etc) I decided not to have the injection done. Your doctor must had asked you for your consent before the epidural was administered. At least mine did.
Your back pains could be due to the operation, the epidural or possibly, the massages? Could it be a spinal problem, like slip discs? I've heard of cases where massages could aggravate back problems, especially if it's related to the spinal cord.
Please check with your doctor and stop the massages, until you find out what is the exact cause for your back pains.

Think about it this way, which is worse-the soreness you feel for a few days after stretching or pulling a muscle or the pain and potentially permanent damage to the nerves you feel for weeks after having a deep gash to your calf muscle? A vaginal birth hurts at the time, but the body is designed to handle that kind of stretching and even tearing that can happen during a vaginal delivery. A c-section is a major abdominal surgery and carries with it all the pain and complication of any other surgery that involves cutting open your abdominal muscles.

If you mean you had an Epidural (the needle that goes into your spine and injects an anaesthic), Then yes your pain now can be directly related to having that proceedure done. That is why I refused to have one during my labour and delivery cause I read the consent sheet before I signed it and I paid close attention to the possible risk factors. Here in Canada, they cannot give you one during childbirth unless you sign a consent sheet for it because of all the risks involved. Look up epidural on the net and read all the scary stories of bad outcomes from that proceedure.

My wife having this problem since the birth of our children because of the "C" operation birth. Consult a "GP" for pain killer jab, maybe can last you at lease more than six months. See a doctor for advise and don't go for those massage.
