When i wipe, little red dots show up on the toilet paper. I should've started my period about a week ago. I've never had sex or anything, so what could it be?

You could be spotting, life events can affect your cycle. Depending on your age and the amount of stress you've been handling, your body may just be readjusting.

A lot of stuff... you could be having an irritating, slow-to-start period. You could have a small scratch in your vagina or on your vulva. You could have stretched or otherwise damaged your hymen. If you aren't having other symptoms I wouldn't be concerned.

hemmroids being irratated when having a bowel movement
blood in your urine
drink lots of water, if persistent seek medical help
