i have ibs are crhon's disease are ibd but all i know i am having this cramping and deep abdominal pain from 1986 untill now this
november makes twenty years this belly is paining mi when ever
i eat some thing that does't work with my system then the diarahhea started den hell broke lose tenderness cramping every day none stop i hope to hear from any suffers like my self about any thing that can eliminate some of this cramping thanks to you all you guys keep on doing what you doing ok have a great day.

this sounds like diverticulitis go to the doctors and get checked out.

Diverticulitis in the right colon or in a redundant sigmoid colon may be mistaken for acute appendicitis. Diverticulitis in the transverse colon may mimic peptic ulcer disease, pancreatitis, or cholecystitis. Retroperitoneal involvement may present similar to renal disease. In women, lower quadrant pain may be difficult to distinguish from a gynecological process.
Mild diverticulitis presents with localized abdominal pain, commonly left lower quadrant pain. Pain is often described as crampy and may be associated with a change in bowel habits. A microperforation, most likely walled-off by adjacent structures, may present with no systemic signs of illness or infection.

Well, first, you need to stop eating those things that bring on symptoms. Then ask your gastroenterologist about using Bentyl. It made a huge difference for me.
