I'm 24, not sexually active (for over 2 years) and have no set schedule of my period (happens every 3-5 weeks). I have knock-me-out cramps the first day, and now it is even going into the second day, and my period lasts about 4 days of fairly light flow (after the first 2). I can't even go to work, and i've been to the hostpital before. I know i should see a doctor, but I hate my gyno and have been lazy about finding a new one. I would rather not have some doc pump me full of meds. I'm very physically active... i work out at least 2 hours a day.

i had an abortion a year ago?
please dont judge me. I had an abortion a year ago. I used the pill that they give you for 500 bucks a pop for all the people who are early in the first 3 to 5 weeks of pregnancy. But I noticed that ever since then my body has been acting very strangely. My vagina is not tightening like it used to. I know that seems crazy but is it possible that the chemicals in the pill stripped away its ability to tighten???? Other than that I also have been experiencing great amounts of discharge and odor. I am very very clean and I drink alot of citrus acid. I have an appt. to see a doctor in two weeks but im looking for some helpfull opinions

ok well some ppl see it differently, i was wondering if it was normal or (OK) for someone to not think much of it...like i know that some ppl want to wait till they are married because its a big deal and all and others are like little sluts and go around sleeping with ppl since they were 12...well what if you are 15 and have saved it this far but you just want to lose it. but obviously not to just anyone?? because they way my friend and i see it, it doesnt really matter to us, i mean of course the time and the person does but actual virginity doesnt...idk what to do.

OK this questions pretty gross but here it goes...

My girlfriend has had her period for ages and just the other day she said she had a glob of...something... turn up in her pad. She thinks she had a miscarraige but I don't think so I think it's more likely it was lining from her uterus wall or somethng... can anyone shed some light on what it could be? :S thanks :)

i am 16 years old turning 17. one of my breasts is clearly larger than the other one. on the smaller breast, it has several very small brown (bumps or moles) i guess u could say on the nipple. The doctors checked me about 2 years ago for lumps but they found none. what should i do, i'm scared and i dont want to ask my mom to take me to the doctors because she will probably freak out considering her sister just got over breast cancer..

So okay.... I have always wondered about just what those women who live in REMOTE areas, countries, rain forests, Zimbabwae,Congo, etc.do when they have their periods ? also, what about after having babies. Do they just let it dribble all over or what ??? EWWWWW Also, what if they "smell"...have "infections" ...excess "dairy production" down there? Seriously....just what DO they do ????

i need help from IBS sufferers or anyone who knows the condition. what do you recommend for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Especially food items to take for lunch at work? i'm so tired of soup, pbj sandiwches, pasta, and white grilled meat. i need some more ideas, i especially need suggestion for what to take for lunch while im at work. this is extremely frusterating. any ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated. thank u! also is there such a thing as minimal ibs? all i usually get is cramps and gas. i only get the diarreah if i eat something wrong, which ive learned is called 'ibs attacks' however im not in the bathroom all day like most. so is there minimal or mild conditions of ibs? thank u all for your input on all of this.
