Go and see your OB/GYN there might be something else wrong with you if you are having 2 periods a month.
That won't cause you to be anemic, although you could be for other reasons.
Have your doctor take some blood tests....
in most cases if you are anemic taking some iron supplements will fix it...

The only way to know if you are anemic is to have a complete blood count (CBC). This will tell you the total hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit, and the type of anemia (microcytic (small red blood cells(RBC)), macrocytic (large RBC), hypo or hyperchromic (dark or light RBCs). Also, the reticulocyte count (to know if your bone marrow is responding to a low hemoglobin level) can give some idea as to wether the anemia is because of blood loss or a problem in the bone marrow. If you have signs/symtoms of anemia (pallor, feeling tired) go see a doctor to be evaluated.
Regardless, if you had 2 periods in one month, and this is not the norm for you, go see your gynecologist to be evaluated.

being anemic is one of the reasons. you may have a very stressful time also during that month which cause you to have 2 periods. a lot of girls, including me, have periods twice a month if they are under stress.

Go to the dr and get some bloodwork done. When I had my baby, I lost 1000cc of blood, and I STILL wasn't anemic.

you can be anemic by loosing that much blookd. but you cant be anemic just by having it more than once get a blood test it will tell you
