Other than the olbvious(no sun, or sunscreen while in sun)? I am 23 and I live in AZ where I am exposed to sun year round. I want to protect my skin from future flaws if at all possible. Are there any good creams or lotions, etc. that actually work?

Ladies, what is about that time of the month, that just makes our fuse SO short? How do you combat it? What do you crave?

Men, do you notice a difference, in women during that time of month? And how do you cope?

My ex is 35, one night she comes over, it's about 9:30PM and she looks hideous, the vein in her neck is pulsing visibly like she was speeding, she complained of intense headache, she looked confused, miixed up and her face was pale like a ghost. She is always scratching at her nose and face and all the sudden she like developed acne. At night she grinds her teeth.....this is all like new stuff in the last 3 months. She is like this almost every sunday....is this a gang bang drug? is she on drugs? I am worried about her but since we are no more what the hell can I say. They aren't listening when you aren't with them sexually...and if speed and sex is what she wants, what can you say?

How soon after removal of the ring does your period start? I have only been using this for about 3 months, the first was right after my daughter was born so i didnt want to base my opinion on that "first period". The next month it took a couple of days to come and I am wondering if this is the norm and what i should be expecting each month. Any other experiences would be helpful.

The major cause of cervical cancer (which smear tests are there to detect) is HPV, a sexually transmitted infection. As virgins are unlikely to have been exposed to this virus, are they unlikely enough not to get cervical cancer or do they require regular smear tests just to make sure?

Are there any women out there that have unusually long missed periods also called amenorrhea? I had missed periods as a new mother that breastfed but for a very long time, instead of the 6 months they say it should be I didn't get my menses for a whole 10 months and after that month(aug) I am going on another missed month. I am still breasfeeding my son but not nearly as much as before and even beginning to wean him. I am pretty sure I'm not pregnant, but have had abnormal and missed periods since I began menstruation. I am now 29 and have had pre-cancerous conditions and abnormal papsmears in the past in which I had a LEEP procedure done. I made an appt to be seen, but that will be another month yet to wait. Has anyone ever had similar conditions? I don't have an eating disorder and I am not under or over weight. I do tend to bruise easily and have hemmoreghed (sp?) after my second child 3 years ago. I may have a blood clotting disorder so b/c pills would not be a good idea
