Worry about the money later. At least go to the ER. I bled like that for 1 1/2 weeks. Went to the doctor. Find out i had fibroid tumors. They are serious. I got a partial hysterectomy and I was only 26. Best of luck to you.

I know you say you can not afford a doctor, but you need some help. You could become very anemic if you keep bleeding this heavily. It does not mean any thing bad is happening.
Sometimes this just happens, the real issue is that you are losing too much blood. Good luck

Your profile shows your around 20 yrs old. Your to young for menopause so is it possible you could be miscarrying? Go to your local health dept. and they will examine you and refer you to a local Dr at little or no cost. If it's very bad go to the emergency room. You are awful young to be having that kind of problem.
My daughter had similar problem and she was diagnosed with endometerios.

Get to free clinic...NOW!!

If there isn't one near you, go to the emergency room of your local hospital. A hospital cannot refuse to treat you if you don't have insurance. When the bill arrives pay what you can until it is paid off....At least by going and getting treated you will be alive to pay the bill which is better than being 6' under.

Just go and get help

YOu REALLY need to get to the dr. Go to the ER, even, and pay them when you get the bill. There is a strong possiblity that you could become seriously anemic. The cause may be, as someone suggested, fibroids. You could slowly bleed to death, basically.

I think your female hormones are off balance but i need more info to be sure, please email so we can talk. I used to have tons of female problems including indometreosis and ovarian cysts but not I have been putting my thyroid and hormones on track with an all natural mineral supplement. The supplements are inexpensive (like $25 a month), easy to take and have no negative side effects.

email me for more info

Go to the hospital IMMEDIATELY. figure out the money thing later. having money won't matter if you end up dieing from blood loss/clots. think about it.
