Does vaginal flora contain any kind of acid? Even strong enough to burn through clothing? Also, why is vaginal flora important and what can happen when there is a disruption?

Lately I haven't really been acting myself. I get irritated alot, especially with my family (mom, dad, siblings) and with my friends. My appetitie has dropped dramatically, I'll eat about 1 meal a day and be full, when I used to eat about 3 times a day. The thought of me being very full makes me sick to my stomach, so I don't really eat until I am full. I also use to suffer with low self esteem as a child and during HS. I was always, always made fun of and sometimes it doesnt go away. I thought I could boost my self esteem by being involved with "popular/cute" guys, but that only made it worse, and made me felt used. I had a really bad break up with my ex about 2 years ago, and I am still not completely over that. Sometimes I feel like I'm not pretty enough for a guy to ever want to be in a relationship with me.I don't know what is going on with me...any suggestions...advice. Maybe I just need counseling or something.

Well, I've been experiencing some pretty moderate vaginal itching for about 4 days now. As far as discharge goes, slightly thick and white. I looked up yeast infections and it said discharge is 'cottage cheese' like, (yuck btw) ... I don't see anything like that though. That doesn't necessarily mean I don't have a yeast infection right? Before it's said, I am STD free! And yes, I'm sure, hehe. Any imput would be appriciated. And yes, I know a doctor would be the best way to go other than an online diagnosis. Can I just go buy a yeast infection medication not knowing for sure that I have one? Any harm in that?

Alrlight, is there any girls out there that are pleasanly plump and is with a guy who's a bit skinny? That's my situation. I really like this guy and all... But sometimes I feel uncomfortable when wer'e being intimate. Cause I feel like so much bigger than him. My weight doesn't seem to bother him at all. I know it definately bothers me, has always. But I can't help but worry about it when we're together. Give me your thoughts on the subject.

for the past 2 months Ive been noticing alot of hair falling out. Pieces of hair when i put it up and lightly pull the ends it comes out.

Maybe a month ago i saw a a small clump of hair that came out, not one or 2 pieces im talking about maybe 10 pieces in the same spot.

I dye my hair but only 1 ever 2 months if that. Ive been stressed for the past 5 months.

oh yeah , i forgot to mention if i should use monistat, and if i can use it during my period. i never went to the doctor to see if i have yeast infection but i already used the 1 day treatment because i got paranoid the first time i had foul odor /itch down there. i didnt know i was supposed to make sure first =( i hope its ok.

Ok, my lips have been horrible for like 2 weeks now. They did have blisters on them, but now they are just really badly chapped. I've been keeping them coated in carmex, vaseline, and blistex but it don't seem to be helping any. What should I do? It isn't an std...virgin here.

I have missed 2 months of my cycle. I am a mother of a beautiful 2 year old little girl. I have taken numerous home pregnancy test that are neg. went to dr. it was neg. after 2nd month got blood test and it was neg. I am now off birth control and taking a hormone to make me cycle. Still not working. Just wanting some opinions on what might be wrong with me, if you have had a similar experiance. Going to the Dr. monday if nothing happens by then.

I've had a couple of episodes where the room is spinning (just like bed spins) when I open my eyes in the morning but before I sit up. It becomes a slight dizziness or light headedness after I sit up. I had a really bad episode of spinning that caused me to vomit all day. My doctor said it was Labrynthitis (sp?) which is a temporary inner ear disease and gave me an antibiotic. It went away after a few days. But it has been a couple of days since I finished the antibiotic and I am light headed A LOT. I especially feel it if I change my focus: for instance looking from the keyboard to the computer screen. I noticed that I anm making more typing errors than usual too. I have a mild headache around my eyes and cheek bones. I obviously need to go to the doctor again but should I see some kind of specialist? What type of specialist? I am 44y/o and do not drink/drugs.

In the last few days my girlfriend has been complaining of her vagina being sore? She has been sore for almost 3 days the first day we continued to try to have sex. She says she doesnt feel anything shes just sore. We use lubricant so I don't think its from improper lubrication. Is it a possibility I'm a little too hard on it? Thats how she likes it though, I'm 17 with a 7 1/2 inch penis.

I have a bet for all the women. I'm tired of movies and TV shows where men are defeated by women attacking their balls. I think that's B.S.
