The whole system is connected ,lower back ,uterus ,legs.Sometimes your lower waist will hurt ,sometimes your legs etc.It's bad cramps.It's a bit like giving birth -you are not supposed to get out of bed right away.Don't worry.You are OK.It is unfortunate ,but it is normal.Take a painkiller and lie in bed.You will be alright sweetheart.
P.S. Talk to your parents and see a doctor.He will help you to suffer less in the future.Period is something that lasts 40-45 years.You should make it as easy as possible.

OMG! I GET THE EXACT SAME THING! I am 13 to, i get cramps that kill and my knee + sometimes ankle hurts like hell. I think its just normal? i dunno. I went to the doctor about the knee pains but he didn't do anything . so i am really confused . i hope u find out, tell me if u do!!xxx

its probably just because of your period...you need to eat heathy...and stuff like that
