We were friends,always getting high...
and it wasn't a 'party',unless you wanna call it a two person party. =/
I didn't press charges, and now the case is closed.I regret it though, because if he does it again...i'll kill the mofo. >.<
And if he said he loved me,i know how he is...and i would totally disregard it.
BTW,at the time,i was so drunk that i didn't relize he was on top of me doing his thing untill i opened my eyes.He took my virginity. He's 17,i'm 14...

Ok.....legally and technically it is rape for 2 reasons. #1-you said no and he proceeded. All it takes is one NO. #2-Alcohol is considered a Date Rape drug, yep, that's right, it is. So that's 2 reasons why it is rape.

Here is the problem though. Rape cases are hard to prove and win sometimes. The fact that after he started having sex with you, you liked it, and asked him to go faster, will hurt you A LOT if you went to court over this. Now yes, you were under the influence of alcohol.....but if you tell that story to a judge, or especially a jury......you don't have a very good chance of winning. You were under the influence.....but that part of the story will definitely be used by the defence and it would make it really hard to get him actually convicted of rape.

My advice to you is don't put yourself in situations like this anymore. ONLY drink around people you TRUELY know.....don't leave with anyone, or go to bedrooms with anyone..STAY AT THE PARTY, around everyone else....if you leave, go straight home (have someone sober take you of course).......prevent these things by drinking responsibly. As you have found out, it happens pretty easily.

I would consider it rape cause the first words out of your mouth were, NO. So yes. I was raped 2 years ago. And the guy got no jail time. You need to do everything in your power to put him away. When your drunk you don't think clear and don't know what you are doing. When I'm drunk my boyfriend said I act easy. So you don't know exactly what was going on. So yes It was rape. But please do everything to get him in jail or at least D.T.

If you do report him, I hope you will tell the D.A. the same story and not leave out that little detail. This is only one side of the story but I do care if he was in the wrong. Would you see him again socially? What if he wrote you and said he loves and wants to be with you?

you should ask yourself, at the end of it, do you feel violated and want to report the fellow to someone? If you do, then yes, you can call that rape. If not, then you even though said no then and there, have implicitly consented to that during the process.

From what you wrote, you were not emotionally distressed and was not compelled to do what you did not want done during the proceedings.

Legally, yes. It is still rape. In the court of law, it is always rape if the other person is drunk.

Legally, you can't give consent to anything while drunk. The law protects drunk people because they are not in their right minds when drunk.

That's a tough one. Obviously you went from saying no to saying yes... that is a mixed message that the guy is getting.

It's ALWAYS rape if you've said "No." It's especially rape if you were drunk and too impaired to give consent.

yes it is rape. At no he should stop, therefore the go faster would never have been said if he had stopped.
