Well you don't wanna scream in an inappropriate location. But if your alone and it's not an hour that it would disterb others sometimes it's good to let out a scream. If you find a need for that regularly you may wnat to find other ways to cope with stress on a more regular basis.

Screaming is good but not in a place where it will bother people. Try screaming into a pillow or two, sometimes that works...try punching some pillows and maybe even tearing them open and letting the stuffing fly! Believe me that's always a good way to let out the stress! Been there, done that! Good luck

Screaming when you are alone to let out stress is perfectly fine. It is suppose to allow you to rid yourself of the anger or frustration, rather than holding it inside yourself. Years ago, they actually had "scream therapy". I don,t know how well it worked, but it certainly won,t harm you to try it. Anything to relieve stress than is not harmful to anyone, is worth trying. Good luck, and try avoiding situations that cause frustration, anger, and people that have "toxic" energy. I know that is easier said than done.

Relieving stress is never inappropriate and screaming hurts no one but your voice. If people don't like it too bad. Your health can be effected if you hold it in, it could manifest itself in some other way. (Headaches, Acne, Heartburn) Just let it out. maybe warn people standing near if you are in a crowd.

I feel that screaming, yelling, hollering is the best way to unload stress. That is my opinion, nothing more.....Oh, and by the way, screaming at another person might just be bad public relations. That is, of course, my opinion.....we all got one.

I think it would be okay to do it while you are by yourself or with a loved one but not to be mean but if you were to do it in front of a bunch of strangers they may think that you were a bit crazy.
