Hi, after delivery, even though your doctor may have wiped your womb clean after a caeserian birth, you are still likely to bleed vaginally. This is called lochia and it is the discharge of all the rubbish left over in your womb and uterus after the baby is born.

This is normal. I had a C section and bled for about 5-6 weeks after that as well.

Don't worry about it. Just take more black foods like black beans, black fungus to nourish yourself and drink lots of water to help this detox process get going.

Get lots of rest and have a healthy diet, you will be back to normal very very soon ;)

Even if you breastfeed, it is normal to menstruate even if most people do not. Usually, it is just your body trying to detox. Remember, what is not supposed to be in your body is better coming OUT of it that staying INSIDE it.

Good luck!

while you're soaking a pad or greater in an hour, they in many cases decide which you would be checked. yet I did this on and rancid with all 3 of my c-sections. surely via fact I over did it that day or the day till now. relax and relax, you're transforming into accomplished some thing which you theory became ok, yet placed to lots stress on your self. If the bleeding keeps, you are able to consistently call your wide-unfold practitioner, or perhaps the nurses station in mom infant unit no rely if it is after hours and you do no longer decide for to anticipate your wide-unfold practitioner to call back.
