You seem totally confused. Go to the Dr. & let them do their job.

They tell you to never use that stuff unless you've been diagnosed with a yeast infection. I would stay away from the the creams until you see the doc. Cause you don't know for sure what's going on. You've got bad odor and itchiness? Has the odor gotten worse since you've started your period? That sounds alot like BV(Bacterial Vaginosis) which can be cleared up with either oral or vaginal medicine. Just try and be patient and wait for your appointment. I would suggest using some vagisil powder or the deodorant spray.

You can use it during your period, but the idea is to keep it one place, this is why you use it at night. Monistat 1 definately works, but it is extremely painful to me that first night. You only need to treat once, but it may take a few days for the infection to heal. You really should be sure you are treating the correct infection. Using these products when you don't have one could cause you more problems.

Try eating yogurt or taking acidophilous tablets. This natural bacteria helps prevent those infections especially when you are taking an antibiotic or birth control pills.

wait until you see the doctor. Monistat is only for yeast infections. It could be something else.

Why are you getting so crazy over this? All you're doing is freaking out and it's unneccessary. You have a doc. appt. tomorrow, stop buying stuff to treat yourself for something when you don't even know for 100% what it is yet. Chill out and wait til the doctor tells you what it is and what to do/use for it. You keep freaking out and doing things like that and you'll end up hurting yourself more by using something that isn't what you needed.

odor is a sign of infection. get your junk checked tomorrow. don't cancel your appoitment, your gyno doesn't mind some blood. but do give him a heads up on what he's about to check out

GOD. don't treat yourself with anything - you don't know if it's a yeast infection, why are you going to use monistat! just call your gyno.
