What kind of side effects have you had? Any problems with low/high blood sugars? Any stomach problems? Any hot flashes or feeling shaky? I've been on Metformin (1500mg) for 4 months and have lost close to 20 pounds. Just wondering if what I am feeling is normal.

im getting married September 30th and i dont want to be on my period on my wedding day, is there any way that i can control my period with Ortho cyclen 28 days, im getting worried because i know that if i do not control it i will be on my period and that would be the worst.

The emotional part of donating an egg doesn't bother me, I'd do it for the money. But I want to know if you've done it and if it's worth the money. I know all what's involved with the shots and traveling and doctors visits. $5000 for 6-8 weeks isn't bad money. How much work did you have to miss? Please only reply if you've gone through the process (please include the company you donated through) or have good advice.

Sorry for not using the space bar, this is my first time ever using a
computer. My daughter needs an emergency operation. She HAS
been to the E.R. several times, and HAS seen her Doctor several
times, which he ordered tests to be done. The tests found a large mass on her right ovary, a lump in the left ovary. two lumps in one breast and one in the other. Now that the tests are
done, she has been told she needs an operation;but, because she
doesn't have any insurance there doesn't seem to be anything that
can be done. NO INSURANCE, NO HELP. She and her husband have been separated for nearly one year, NO HELP from him either. Please if there is anyone who has any advice , please, please contact me before this gets any worse. Any Ohio Medical
Law information would be appreciated. I Love my daughter dearly, and I'm affraid if it's too long, this will become Cancer if it isn't
already. THANKS

I have been sexually active for about 9 months. I am 19 years old. My boyfreind doesn't think he has any STD's. He was my first. I have recently grown something new, that just looks like a knot of skin, inside my vagina that quite nicely looks like it could have always been there, like normal. Do vagina's grow things like this as you get older? Also, it was itching a lot for a while. around that area a bit and around the whole. This just started now, when I'm been having sex for 9 months, using a condom everytime. Also, even before I started having sex, I had an occasional thing that looked like a big cancer sore appear ever once in a while. Is that just an infected pore? Is it normal? Before I actually had sex, I did have a guy eat me out before. I really don't think I have an STD. But I am just trying to be sure. My boyfreind doesnt' have any symptoms of anything. And I have never had a papsmear.

The day after I ovulated I woke up with slightly tender breasts. As the week went on, the pain got worse. I also noticed some stretch marks appearing on my breasts. After 8 days, the pain is still here and has not improved. Is it possible for this to be a very early sign of pregnancy? I usually get sore before my period starts, but not this bad. I have been ttc for 5 months and have been off of birth control for about 6 1/2 months. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think that I may have started my period . This morning I found a little blood in my panties and a little more when I peed. I got a pad but I have not had any more blood since then, it has been almost a whole day. Is this normal. Did I really start? It does not itch, smell, or burn so I am pretty sure that I am not sick. Also I am verry tiny (even though I eat alot) I am 15 and weigh 90lbs, could this have anything to do with it? Please help me I am so confused.

I am doing this research for a Women's Studies class that I am participating in and your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

How do you feel about the ads in women's magazines that constantly talk about losing weight and gaining the "perfect" body? Do you think that it lowers self esteem for girls that do not look like that? Also, do you think that it would cause more eating disorders pressuring girls to be skinnier?
