on birth control back in November. While she is more regular now, she is still a little irregular. Should she get her pill at the start of her green pills or at some point during the green pill cycle?

She should get her period a few days after the start of her inactive pills (whichever colour they are, usually the seven pills). This is assuming she is on combined oral contraceptive where there are 21 active pills and 7 inactive pills.

She should get her period sometime during the green pills. More importantly, I would strongly recommend that she visits her doctor for a pap test. She should be very regular on the pill, and since she is not she should definately get checked out. (For example, to make sure her body is responding correctly to the pill)
