I have been sexually active for about 9 months. I am 19 years old. My boyfreind doesn't think he has any STD's. He was my first. I have recently grown something new, that just looks like a knot of skin, inside my vagina that quite nicely looks like it could have always been there, like normal. Do vagina's grow things like this as you get older? Also, it was itching a lot for a while. around that area a bit and around the whole. This just started now, when I'm been having sex for 9 months, using a condom everytime. Also, even before I started having sex, I had an occasional thing that looked like a big cancer sore appear ever once in a while. Is that just an infected pore? Is it normal? Before I actually had sex, I did have a guy eat me out before. I really don't think I have an STD. But I am just trying to be sure. My boyfreind doesnt' have any symptoms of anything. And I have never had a papsmear.

Go see a doctor..... Just because your boyfriend doesn't have symptoms, doesn't mean he couldn't have an STD. Besides that, if you've been active for the last nine months, you need to get a complete physical and pap test, so call the doc and get all the uncomfortable visit done at the same time!

I am sorry to hear about your discomfort. I would suggest getting to a Doc. and have a pelvic exam done. It doesn't sound like Cancer of the Vagina (Gynecological Cancers) People at risk for that are usally 60-80 years old, unless their own mother took DES and then it can range from anywhere from 12-30 years old, also women with genital viruses, chronic irritation, women who have dad hysterectomies. The symptoms of Cancer of the Vagina are Vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge, pelvic pain, but sometimes there are NO Symptoms. So let's me be honest, you need to seek the advice of a doc. It could be a serious thing or it could be nothing. Better safe then sorry hon, so getting go and get on the phone make an appt. Good luck to you and I really hope everything turns out well. Don't listen and take to heart some of the rude comments above. People can be so cruel and disrespectful of people. They really need to grow up.
:) Sending Smiles your way!!!! :)

Go get a pap smear. I do believe that I had something similar to that, the gyno said it was very normal (not an std), but I don't know if I had the same thing as you do now. Hopefully everything will turn out ok. :)

You boyfriend "doesn't think he has any STDs"!?!?! If he even remotely thinks he could have one....then he's not a guy you want to be with. Sounds like he's had his junk in too many garages!

Your boyfriend doesn't have to have the symptoms, but he can be a carrier. ...you might have gotten it from him...most of all if he is your only intimate partner (ever). See a doctor- will ya?
