It sound normal for someone who has not started yet. Ask her if she itches or if she has problems urinating if she say yes to that she should see a doctor other wise that normal. Make sure she talks to her mom to let her now whats going on.

could be vaginosis or a vd yeast and worries to slow it down that can happen too to miss one but something is up.. get checked at a free clinic if she is scared
