Ok don't be mean, the other day i was taking a shower and i did something i never done before. I started you know touching down there, but i stopped because i'm not sure about what i was doing or if it's healthy. Is it healthy to do that, i won't mess anything up? Any advice?

I have missed two periods. I have done two home pregnancy tests. Nothing. Why does this happen to people? I know friends who have had this happen a few times in their lives. I am 35 and this is my first time seeing this.

I recently reduced my caffeine intake from 4/5 cups of tea/coffee per day plus the odd cola, down to caffeine free tea and coffee, with the odd cola. We are trying for a baby and thought this would help our "chances" as caffeine can cause miscarriages. I usually have a 30 day cycle, but this month i was due on the 20th and i still haven't "come on".
I went to the doctor today as i have had about 10 days of cramping, pregnancy tests are all negative. She could not find any cause of my cramping and did extra urine tests to see if there were any other problems (all negative). It wasn't until i got home that i realised i have been "caffeine free" for about 2 weeks. Could this have caused my periods to be delayed as i know caffeine withdrawal can affect you in many ways. I had a few headaches but nothing else till now. Its really getting me down as i want to start charting again and my temperature is all over the place! She has told me to come back if my period doesn't arrive soon...

It is true that your vagina smells bad if you don't wash it. But how and why would it smell bad if you do wash every day. Case in point... my b/f's brother says he can't go down on his wife because it smells bad. (how is it my business? I dunno maybe I'm the next closest chick to him.) Anyway I suggest that she take a shower everyday and douch. I guess she does and still smells. I don't know what else to suggest. Any takers?

I have just noticed the symptoms late last night, and I beleive it's from that waming KY jelly hubby and I have been experimenting with (LOL). However, I know you can knock these out before they get crucial and you have to go to the doctor. So far, I've been flushing with gallons of water (in increments) and using a post partum type squirty bottle down there. Also planning to stock up on pure cranberry juice (the icky unsweetened stuff from the health food shop) Should I pick up some AZO? Or does anyone know a better natural remedy? I'm in a new area, and it will be at least a week before I can be seen for this. Please help!!

I have done x3 home tests, all negitive. Still no period. Went to the docs and handed in a sample for testing and got the results today.

Negitive but borderline, need to hand in another sample for testing next week.

I thought the dr's tests were 100% accurate? How can it be no but maybe yes

Okay yesterday I got really sunburnt, (well I'm just really red, Its not too serious) I'm supposed to be going camping tomorrow but I'm worried about being exposed to the sun. Do you think I should go ahead and just try to stay out of the sun (even though we're doing loads of outdoor activities) or do you think its not worth the risk? Part of me really wants to go, but I'm still worried about getting skin cancer or something.

I have been taking Femostan for nearly 2 years, purely because of flushes. I do live in a hot climate but the flushes have come back now the temperatures are soring, What do other people take and do they work to stop flushes completeley?

Please don't tell me to go to the doctor as they are not very good.

I've never dated a girl b/4 or had any thoughts about dating one. I have a lesbian friend and she's a "stud" lyke a dyke.
