Medical examination before going to the army(women only)?

If you are a man and you want to go the army,the doctor grabs your balls and examines them,so what do they do if you are a woman?

The doctor "grabs the man's balls" to check for inguinal hernias. Inguinal hernias are not usually a problem for women. Female recruits will usually have to have a pelvic exam, though.
